A full-block Bronx building where a pale brick shaft rises above a glazed blue-green masonry base. At grade, a layered brick canopy and bronzed reveals frame the residential entry between retail bays, while inside the lobby is worked in sculpted clay plaster — a curved reception mass, perforated signage wall and warm indirect light.
